Q: If we list with you, will we be on MLS & FMLS?

But buyers come from all over the Metro Atlanta and the world, not just from that small geographic. So an area specialist really means "listing agent" in the area. Many years ago the real estate business was successfully composed of lots of small "boutique" offices - who specialized in certain areas or parts of town. Q: How long does it take to get my home on the market?

Answer: Once we have a signed listing agreement and a spare key, we can put your home on the market within 24 hours. However, it usually takes a few days for the flyers, virtual tour and information box to be installed.



Q: Can I save more money if I buy and sell through you?

Answer: Absolutely! We will in most cases reduce the listing commission, therefore giving you more flexibility on the buying side.



Q: How do you set the price for my home?

Answer: We will meet with you to review a complete market analysis of your home and our managers have had real estate appraiser training to help properly formulate a solid listing price.




Q: My home needs some repairs. Do you know any service people that can help?

Q: My credit is not in great shape. Can you help me get a mortgage?

Q: What is "Staging"?

Answer: Staging is preparing your home for sale so that it shows well to potential buyers. We have a professional accredited Interior Design Stager on call and we can make your home look as appealing as possible to a buyer. Studies show that a staged home sells for significantly more than one that has not been staged.



Q: Who will take pictures of my home?

Answer: Great question! Unlike most agencies and agents who click a few dark or blurry pictures of your home, we use trained real estate photographers in Atlanta on all of our full service listings. Buyers and agents will decide whether to view your home in many cases based on the pictures. No matter what you are selling - and real estate is no different - you want the product presented in the best light possible.
